Review: With all blow up mattresses they recommend you blow this up before you use it but ... - My boyfriend and I went on a week long camping trip in florida and we needed a bed that would last the whole time. I am so impressed that we didn't need to blow this up more than just the first night. With all blow up mattresses they recommend you blow this up before you use it but we didn't have time before we left. So the first day we camped we blew it up and let it sit for a couple hours then we slept on it for the first time and it held 90% of it's air. We blew it up to 100% the next morning and didn't have to worry about it for the next 5 days. It was great!!! We have since then used it on 3 other camping trips and it hasn't let us down. We left this blown up in the direct Florida sun as well and it got hot, like anything would, but it still held up. And it is easy to pack up with just being able to roll it i the carrying case. I ALWAYS try to put our tent on the flattest surface, preferably in the shade, with a tarp underneath the tent and some times even a thicker pad underneath the mattress so that nothing is poking up and puncturing the mattress. With this system we have had good luck with good mattresses, but you can always tell when the lesser quality mattresses are going to give out no matter what you do. This is the first air mattress I have tried that was taller than the standard 8-10inch mattress and I will probably never go back to the short beds. Because of its height, we have better sleep and even on the first night sleeping on it when it deflated a little bit, we still slept comfortably! I have recommended this mattresses to many people, even those who are cautious of air mattresses - It is definitely worth giving it a try.

**Q: In the description its says it has a built in pump. Then in another area it says it needs one. Does it come with a pump?**
A: The description is incorrect. It DOES NOT come with a pump. They need to correct this description.

**Q: How good is the quality?**
A: Its a really good air mattress .... The only problem I have had is with a boxer with one that I had and the other was a cat that liked to sharpen her claws, but out side of that using for camping was awesome! I have bought a new one since and would buy again.

A: not to my knowledge

A: I weight 230 lbs.  it easily holds me

I am so impressed that we didn't need to blow this up more than just the first night. With all blow up mattresses they recommend you blow this up before you use it but we didn't have time before we left. So the first day we camped we blew it up and let it sit for a couple hours then we slept on it for the first time and it held 90% of it's air. We blew it up to 100% the next morning and didn't have to worry about it for the next 5 days. It was great!!! We have since then used it on 3 other camping trips and it hasn't let us down. We left this blown up in the direct Florida sun as well and it got hot, like anything would, but it still held up. And it is easy to pack up with just being able to roll it i the carrying case. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Holds a lot of weight without losing any air

My wife and I recently got talked into a camping weekend, and as neither of us has camped in decades, we wanted to do so in a bit of luxury. I'm a rather large dude, and I've laid on enough beds that lost all of their air to know I wanted a good bed, and this is it! The first night I mistakenly suggested filling it extra firm (we're both side sleepers fond of softer beds) thinking that it would inevitably lose air. It didn't :-( It was rock hard, like we inflated it. It didn't lose a single bit of air. The second night we took that into account and let a bit out, and it was much much more comfortable! Inflating went easy with a Coleman AC air pump, and deflating went easy enough with some body weight and rolling. It was a bit tough to roll it nice and neat, but we got it rather compact again once we tried a bit harder at home. My only complaint, and it's minor, the weird flocked side grabs dirt and cannot really be cleaned. We use sleeping bags and a sheet on it, so it's no biggie, but once a tiny bit of mud finds this, not even a clorox wipe will help. That aside, this is an air mattress that can hold some serious weight and not lose any air. That's amazing given some nightmare experiences that I've had.
