I took a nail file and lightly filed the top of the nail plate and began applying a light coat on the nail bed and at the nail edge-even on the toes that had no fungus-3 on each foot, every morning. It dries quick before putting on foot cream and socks. I work on my feet all winter for nice looking feet and toes for the summer. I found this in December and it’s March! My toes are summer ready! Ok I bought this awhile ago. I bought to bottles it does work but it does take work and time. You have to keep filing and cutting your nails. My toe is still not 100 percent but I’m not as self conscious as I was before. I don’t have a before picture. But is stopping the growth of fungus but is it not a cure. The thickness of my nail has gone down considerably. For the price and compare to other products this one works well for me. I have tried others
