A: Yes but I recommend buying square u-bolt and bolting it good

A: I put one on my Sportsman, fits nicely

**Q: How thick is the padding?**
A: It’s thick enough. Hand sideways. Very comfortable. Once it’s bolted onto the atv it’s amazing. Storage, comfort, handles, drink holders, backrest and the rear passenger is safe and enclosed.
