Review: Broke almost immediately. - The saw stopped running as soon as I started cutting a tigers eye stone. The lack of instructions for the attachable flex arm is a big problem. I hope it's not too much of a hassle to return it. Maybe it'll turn back on if I let it rest awhile. The light is still on.

They said they would send me a replacement control, that has been two weeks ago. Up date, received a updated control for my rock cutter. I now have a machine that works like new. Thanks to the maker, good job.

A: I would just send it back, I did! I tried to get replacement flex as haft because mine broke first time I turned it on. They kept saying all it was shipped out, (3 times) finally I just told Amazon and they refunded me the money for the whole machine. Hope it helps!

I was super excited about this saw. The directions were not great but it wasn't too hard to put together. I cut two small rocks with it and then went back the next day to cut more and the unit would not power on. Really disappointed! And the refund window already closed so I am stuck with an expensive piece of junk. Wish I could just return it.
