Review: Great for tear staining. - Wow! I’m delighted with this trimmer. My dog has quite bad tear staining around his eyes. I’ve tried everything, cleaning, tear staining powder, probiotics and including changing his diet and nothing seemed to work. I thought I’d give this a try and I was thrilled with the result. It was easy to manage and the dog tolerated it well. I’ve managed to get about 70% of it off his fur below his eyes. With it being my first time using I didn’t want to try removing it all I’ll wait a few days and I’ll be more confident using it next time. It’s a fab result and it’s great to see his handsome face now. Thank you.
Review: Great and very quiet - I have been looking around ages for a good trimmer/clipper that was small enough to do between the paws and inside the ears without success, until I found these. What can I say, but wish I had found them before now. One of my dogs has great hearing more than normal so as soon as I turned on a clipper near her ears she would pull away and struggle to get away from the noise. I tried no end of so-called quiet trimmers and clippers and each time she would have no of it, until I found these. Now she sits there and lets me do her paws and ears without any fuss. With the two different size cutters it makes it so easy to do the jobs I need to do. She needs her fur trimmed every few days as she has cream put on her under belly, so these with the larger cutter are great. The smaller one does the feet and ears fine. One thing I find is not as good as they say and that is the charge. It charges fine but will not hold it while in the box, so after a couple of uses and being left, I have to charge it up. A good thing to have been put on it, would have been a gauge to show how much charge there is left. I have been cutting her under belly and found it slows right down and then grabs her fur. I have to stop and recharge, and that takes time.

**Q: My clippers came without a charging cord can you help?**
A: You are going to have to do a return as this charging cord is not typical like one used for a phone charger. It has a USB to connect to a power source but the end that goes into the unit is unique to this clipper. I have never had an issue with a return to Amazon.

**Q: Can you use this on cats? How easy would it be to accidently cut thr cat?**
A: I don’t see why you couldn’t use it on cats. I have put this on my hand to be sure it’s safe. It does not hurt or cut me. It is a small trimmer & I use it to trim 4 dogs’ paws. It works well to get fur trimmed between paw pads. The dogs are a 6lb Yorkie, 12lb Dachshund, 25lb mini Goldendoodle, and 50lb Border Collie. I have become the trimmer of the family dog’s paws and this works great for all the different sized dogs. So… as long as you can get the cat to cooperate, this should work for you.

**Q: Is this really low noise? because videos i seen on here seem it isnt. Please someone let me know.. my dog freaks out with high vibration/noise**
A: Honestly, my dog freaked out with our last clippers due to the noise. Every time I'd turn it on, she would twitch. These are a lot better for me due to a lighter noise.  It does have a noise, but not sure they can get around not having one at all. All I can tell you is I am happy with them and the noise level. She doesn't twitch now. Depending on what you're doing I use this to trim her face, ears and paws.

Good item with interchangeable clipper head. Would have preferred a slightly smaller one. Nit as quiet as expected but still ok. Not a lot if vibration which is good. Light weight. A carry/protective case also would be nice to be able to add.
