It is a small trimmer & I use it to trim 4 dogs’ paws. It works well to get fur trimmed between paw pads. The dogs are a 6lb Yorkie, 12lb Dachshund, 25lb mini Goldendoodle, and 50lb Border Collie. I have become the trimmer of the family dog’s paws and this works great for all the different sized dogs. This is has a good width to get between the pads without stress, clips the hair neatly. It's fairly quiet, which doesn't bother my boys anyway, they don't mind having their feet tidy.
