I usually ate 2 a day because I threw up almost every day. The pills didn't taste that great and they were kind of grainy, but after taking them for a few days in a row, I noticed a marked decrease in how nauseous I was. The smell of it almost made me puke when I first opened it. It took forever to convince myself to eat one of these and when I finally did, it took all I had not to puke it up right then. It was one of the grossest things I've tasted. I tried it again the next day just to see if my opinion changed and I had to plug my nose to choke it down and the aftertaste still made me sick. Not to mention it didnt even work!
