The mechanism used to screw in the mount is very high-quality and I liked that a screwdriver was not necessary. Although it has a mostly plastic chassis, it is very sturdy and holds my phone well; if I put it into a position it does not move throughout the ride (although this is to be expected, I have found it was not the case with my previous mounts). The phone-holding system works very well, and I can install my phone with only one hand. It is a much faster method than both of my previous phone mounts. The lock mechanism also works very well, however I have found it already has enough strength to hold my phone without having to enable it. Another quality Lamicall product which I would recommend. Good grim and strong ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Appears to be a quality product *by F***T on 1 May 2026* It appears to be solidly built and gripping the phone at both ends along with the lock switch is reassuring in its ability to hold the phone in place. It's very easy installation and gives all round adjustability. I can't comment as to it's handling any vibrations during a ride as I have yet to use it on a bike ride. I also like the fact that one side of the holder gives you full access to the charging port something I will use on a long ride.
