Disk show up individually in the BIOS and in Windows Server 2012 as expected. I was able to get the host card to crash a few times while mucking around with the settings of drives attached to this board, but thats probably the host cards fault. Rock solid performance if I dont mess with the host. Hard reboots, power failures, moving the case around.. all seems to work fine. May or may not have a bad port on it, but since I run horrible drives off this thing (random WD Greens, Seagates, Laptop Drives, SSDs, etc) I am not sure if it was a bad drive or bad port.As a JBOD array for a home windows storage pool, it works great. ### ⭐ Only when connecting to PM compatible controller *by L***G on Reviewed in the United States on November 29, 2015* The product description on Amazon: "Supports PM Aware and Non-PM Aware Host"The product "manual" in the box: "Note: Purchase products [sic], please make sure your computer has PM features. If this controller card is connected to a SATA port that does not support PM features. you will only see 1 disk in the operating system."Both download manual links on the product web site are broken as are the links to report broken links. I did send an email to Support and they replied same day with a new link for the "manual" (half the size of one toilet paper square). A brand new hard drive showed up but now it does not.
