The tech support number does not work and the sales number produces a recording saying the first 3 or 6 digits are wrong. I've no idea how to get this thing working as a result and my daughter doesn't know why her toy won't work. I pressed one button on the side of the keychain while connected to my Mac and it says downloading but it's been 20 minutes.... No technical support available. Added: Well, I finally got pictures to download, no thanks to the included instruction sheet. It's like working a Rubic Cube puzzle. If you finally push enough buttons and stumble on the right order the pictures can be downloaded.
