I don't eat breakfast so i don't know if that makes a difference. Immediately I could feel a difference after eating lunch and dinner in that there was no pain or sick feeling like usual, and my bloating is indeed lessened. Mind you, I generally eat organic, healthy, and clean food, so I'm not sure how this would work on a processed food diet. I was sorry to see some negative reviews. All I can say is it did help me feel somewhat normal, and that's saying a lot. I ordered 1 bottle at first just to try, and i just ordered the special buy 2 get 3rd free. UPDATE a few months later: While I like the product, it is much too expensive to keep up. Instead of the buy 2, get 1 free option, I wish the company would just fix the price of a single bottle instead of having to buy 3 at once. He virtually could barely eat for at least 2 years and all testing coming was coming back normal.
