ALPS Mountaineering footprints are a great addition to any tent purchase. They are cut a little smaller than the dimension of the tent floor and have corner attachments, which help keep it in place. Simple, fast, and all at a great price.

Review: Good value, does the job,extra easy setup. - I purchased this tent for use on a Coast to Coast Florida bicycle trip. Straight out of the box and on the road. Covering 188 miles and four nights in state parks. Held up well. Extremely easy setup reasonably lightweight a little over 3 lbs. Ventilation could be a problem in the hot months as half the tent is solid fabric at the door area. Only the top half is screened. So when you lay down there is no direct ventilation. There are vents at the top which provide some positive airflow. However it served me well as this was the cooler time here in Florida. Could be a little stuffy in the hot months. But for ease of operation and durability as well as the right price I would recommend this for a one person adventure tent. Good luck and get outside. Enjoy nature!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this meant to be placed inside the tent or underneath the tent? Why is the footprint smaller than the tent floor?**
A: It is meant to be used under the tent.  It is cut smaller than the tent floor to prevent water from being trapped between the floor and the footprint.

**Q: What is the difference between the "blue" bag and "brown" footprints (except price)?**
A: The Blue and the Brown Footprints are the same, only difference is color. Thank you for asking, let us know if we can answer anything else!

**Q: So the rain fly can’t be clipped in if you have the footprint on**
A: The rain fly is clipped on as usual I stake the tent and footprint together or use the poles to keep the footprint from sliding

I’m 5’10” This provided enough room for myself as well as my backpack. Was in 8° and above weather with no issues of condensation. Easy to set up and is durable if you treat it properly. I recommend getting the groundcover
