**Q: Is this knife made in China or Finland?**
A: the wood handle does say Finland I also happen have a 4" soft grip still in package and it does say China,reguardless of where it was made at it is a great knife still have the original one i purchased a "7" model" 40++ years ago along and still have this 4" that is not quite as old 20+years would not go fishing with out them.

This knife arrived razor sharp! This is the exact same filleting knife that I had purchased and used for the past 40 years. The quality has not changed at all. I had recently lost the 40-year-old knife, so I had to replace it. Glad the quality is the same.

I had one of these when I started fishing, I lost it when we move 2 years ago. It had lasted me over 30 years. So I bought another, when I opened the package I though it was the one I lost. LOL looked exactly the same. The blade is good, nice and flexible also. the handle if you get your fish stuff on it can be come slippy. The Sheath is nice, that is what I liked about it. As you can through it in tackle box and no issue. Though through time it can get gunked up if you do not take care of it. I think very good for the money. It works very well for me.
