Has a strange 'tea like' quality almost, in my opinion. **Q: Where is this manufactured?** A: The label says the product is distributed by Frontier Natural Foods Co-Op in Norway, Iowa. **Q: Does this blend contain cassia or just regular cinnamon?** A: Cassia is “regular” cinnamon. True cinnamon is Ceylon and is native to Sri Lanka and India. This company is actually where I get my higher quality Ceylon… so it’s possible they use the much more expensive Ceylon in this blend. **Q: Is this blend organic?** A: I checked the Frontier Co-Op information and it is not listed as "organic".
