Review: UPDATED: new model is great! - UPDATE: customer service reached out to me and actually sent an updated model to replace the broken one we had. This one works great (we’ve used it 4 times now) and is much better with the on and off button. So happy that they can enjoy it and thankful they reached out. We got this as a gift and unfortunately after charging it, it either doesn’t stay on long OR it stays on forever until it eventually dies, even when not in water. My twin boys loved it but it’s impossible to use. I see there’s now an on/off switch - wish we could reach out and get it replaced but I don’t see a contact us.
