Review: Good light proof bag. - It's always a bit of a pain loading film onto a developing tank spool.. and this is a must have. Good quality and did the job. It might be worth getting some Ortho B&W film to practice loading your tank spool in Red light (Ortho is not exposed by red light like all other films).. so that, when you next try loading your tank in the bag with any other type of film (which would be destroyed by red light, or any light).. you can feel your way better and load your film more easily in this blackout bag. Good bag.

**Q: Is this bag for loading 35mm film only? Can I work with medium format one too?**
A: The bag is large enough for any size film. I even use it to load 4x5 film holders and to transfer film to a 4x5 daylight tank. I’ve had this bag for several years, snd it’s holding up well.

**Q: I have a small bag like this, and have the hardest time loading film without being able to see what I'm doing. Is there any way around this?**
A: Maybe. If you are loading unexposed film that is below ISO 400 and is not infrared, and is going on a cartridge that snaps into a camera (medium format) you can load film in a very dimly lit room. If you are loading infrared or any format on a spool to be placed in a light-tight cartridge (35mm) or loading exposed film on a developing spool, the only thing you can do is practice in daylight with a cheap roll of film. Next practice doing that with your hands under a table. Then practice in the dark until you can load it reliably.

**Q: Is it washable?**
A: Not sure, I didn’t see a tag on it.

**Q: Could you load a 400’ 16mm mag in this?**
A: Yes you could
