I ordered them by looking at the thumbnail photo. It shows a box of tips, which was what I was looking for. When they arrived in this huge box I was a bit surprised. I got a case of them which has 10 boxes in it. I'm not complaining at all. The tips are made well & are exactly what I wanted. I was just overjoyed to see so many boxes neatly packed in the shipping box. All of the tips are sitting upright in their own hole with 100 holes in a grid pattern. It was a very professional way to make sure the tips didn't touch each other & remained sterile during shipping & even during use. I've got no complaints.
