**Q: what size should I order for Chihuahua dachshund mix. His chest measures 19 inches**
A: Chihuahua dachshund mix with a 19 inch chest????? Are you sure you are measuring this correctly??? The size chart for this harness for 19" chest is LARGE. I would think that for a Chihuahua dachshund mix a SMALL would prob be fine. My male Cocker Spaniel is 23lbs and he wears MEDIUM and my female is 20lbs and wears a SMALL. With a larger harness you can actually tighten the harness with the velcro strap which is under the fastener but you want to make sure it fits snuggly otherwise your dog may slip through it.

**Q: Is the leash elastic?**
A: The leash is a tightly braided cord. NOT PLASTIC.  Very sturdy.  The handle dies contain a dense foam covering.

**Q: I just purchased products over $25.00 and said i would get free shipping.  i was charged shipping costs. how do i get this removed?**

**Q: Wondering on xs or small for 7 pound Maltese?**
A: I ordered a small in this harness because the XS that I ordered in a different style was too small. My Shih Tzu puppy was about 6 to 7 pounds when ordered.   She slipped out of it the first time, but I tightened the Velcro and never had another problem. She is 11 pounds now and it still fits fine. Love this harness and leash combo so ordered a medium for when she reaches her max of 14-15 pounds.

I was not expecting this quality for the price.I paid. It has beyond exceeded my expectations... It is great quality. I love how it is adjustable with Velcro, and then it has a snap on top of that., and it secures perfectly. Harness fits my dog so good and I was not expecting that, because I have never bought a harness over the internet and had it fit so good. Normally, it's too big or too small.But because of this adjustable velcro, it fits her perfectly every time. It 's so easy to put on and to take off. It feels like very nice quality.I feel like it's going to last. I was super impressed with the quality of the leash, and I love the cushiony handle. Like, I can't even tell you how surprised I am. I told my boyfriend I had to jump on here and put in a positive review immediately. Because it really is that great. And I am so glad I got it. When I did for the price, I did...
