**Q: What’s the maximum weight they can hold**
A: I use it on an Olympic 20 kg barbell and had it up to 92 kg (but that’s heaviest I can do)

**Q: Will it lift the bar high enough for olympic bumper plates?**
A: Olympic bumper plates have a standard diameter of 450 mm. The jack works very well with 25KG Eleiko competition powerlifting plates that also have a diameter of 450mm or radius of 225mm. In use, when holding a bar, the bottom of the cradle for the bar is approximately 250mm from the floor. Allowing for the 29mm width of the bar it means the centre of the bar is approximately 15mm above the cradle giving a height to the centre of the bar/plate of approximately 265mm. With a full size plate radius of 225mm you should get approximately 40mm clearance when in use.

Overall a great product, we don't have much space and it can be a little awkward to move but definitely easier to switch plates between sets.
