Nothing to making soymilk with this product, add half a cup beans, 4 cups of water, and press a button, that's it. Soymilk came out very well. Comes with a strainer, a half cup measuring cup, and a cleaning brush, nice. Cleaning is a bit tedious, but it is expected as soy needs to be heater for some 20 minutes or so to deactivate enzymes that mess up digestion. Machine is well built, looks like it will last well.

**Q: are the inside and blades stainless steel?**
A: Yes, the main body and blades are stainless steel. Only the lid is plastic like the pictures show

**Q: What is it made of? is it all plastic?**
A: No the body is metal and the lid and blades as well. Very little plastic all together.

**Q: can I bypass the heating?**
A: To make almond milk bypassing the heating you have to use the Juice and Vitamin setting, pressing it   multiple times. After 3 times I got a decent milk but there were still big chunks of almond along with the finer pulp. Other than this machine I've never seen instructions for making almond milk which involved heating, but I will try it  one of these days.

**Q: How do you clean it ??**
A: I take a soft sponge with soap and water and wash the inside out and then I dry it with a soft cloth. I hope this helps.

This worked wonderful the first time I used it. After that there was trouble. It didn't break up the almonds very well and after trouble shooting, it worked slightly better for a few times. Now it's completely broken. I can't get it to start working at all. It just beeps after more troubleshooting. It's not worth the money. I wish I could return it.
