**Q: What cable should i use for fast charging. Could someone send a link that will fit this bag?**
A: It won't work.

Trying to charge my S21 on a good cable with a good powerbank, and ~6 hours is estimated as required. Compared to <90 mins directly from the powerbank. Bag port + cable [thin] was clearly done cheaply.

DO NOT buy purely on this basis.

**Q: Any help can’t seem to get the usb port to work bought a power bank for it and it’s not working**
A: I had exactly the same problem bought it for holiday only to find out the port never worked I contacted seller to ask for a replacement cable to be told no return it all but my 30 were up so return it and buy a different bag is my advise as customer service was shocking

**Q: what does the headphone port do/used for/as ?**
A: On the outside of the bag there is a female USB socket. There is a wire leading from this inside the bag, to a male USB plug inside the main compartment of the bag. So you can plug a power bank (or sound source, if it has USB out) inside the bag and then plus whatever you want to charge or use to listen to music with, into the female socket outside the bag. I used it for charging my phone when I was on an E- scooter in Belgium and was using my phone as a satnav.

**Q: What capacity is the power bank please.**
A: It doesn’t come with power bank but just the facility. You will buy you power bank yourself.

Got rid of my old backpack and bought this one to replace it. I wish I'd done it sooner. It's spacious, has all the compartments you need. The charger feature is very handy when travelling. It doesn't fall over like my old bag did. Good padding for your back. Good price too.
