I ordered 6 sets (4 pads per set which is 24 pads total) and I tested these brand new pads with two tablespoons of water. After 10 minutes, they leaked through to the back. They used to be waterproof in 2019, but now I won't reorder. Please test them, so you don't ruin your mattress or carpet. **Q: Do these have pu or pul (polyurethane laminate) in them?** A: I don’t know if there’s pu or pul in them , but one thing I tell you is very useful , and it doesn’t leak to your bed , no need to wash your beddings everyday bec of that cover. **Q: Hello. Are the pink and blue ones actually colored on both sides?? Thank you.** A: I have pink and they are pink on both sides. The quilted side goes up. It says so on the attached label. **Q: Try seem kind of hard to lay on. Do they get softer over time?** A: I agree, and from my experience I washed it because my son had an accident and as strong and how great the quality is it wasn't wet proof as it claimed to be. It did absorb but it did go through to mattress. Also I notice my son sweats a lot when it's on his bed.
