A: I'm not a amazon worker or product seller, but just go a report that you got the wrong one. You'll likely be able to return it at a nearby store and some ship it back for free!

**Q: Will this fit the new canon r10?**
A: Sorry for the delay This unit is a direct replacement for the LPE17 battery for Canon and the R10 does in fact use them. This will work for you. I use my kit regularly and have never had an issue with it.

**Q: What is the power supply capacity?**
A: 8v 3a 24w output.

But this is not for holding a charge. It supplies power only while plugged into an outlet.

Hope this helps.

**Q: Can't close door on SL3 so it will work.  Any suggestions?**
A: There is a rubber cover on the door of the battery compartment, and opening the rubber cover allows dummy battery wires to pass through.
