It read in several reviews that it runs a little big so I sized down. I have plenty of room for scrubs and a lightweight hoodie if need be. This jacket is so flattering on. The material is soft and lightweight. It is sheer but in a spandexy kind of way. It tapers well around the back and midsection. It has a nice flow when you move around. There are 2 outer pockets near the bottom left and right, one small pocket on the upper left side, and one pocket on the right inside. This white coat commands attention the moment you have it on. I have always loved the Healing Hands scrub line. This jacket is consistent with the quality in their products. I am likely to purchase another one because I love it that much! I will post pics in a couple of days. Get it.
