I have own couple of bag and I never liked any of them. The zippers were durable. The heating element is perfect plus the usb charging port. It’s well thought. It’s free standing unlike other bags who shows they are free standing in a pic but super soft when you got then. This one is just perfect! Durable, waterproof, one hand zipping unlike other common diaper bag where you need to hold the other side of the zipper just to open it. Love the tissue or wipes holder. Laptop holder and the secret pocket at the back is all perfect. The built in stroller strap gives the bag stability to avoid it hitting your knees when you’re pushing the stroller. Perfect perfect perfect! The shoulder strap is soft. Love the built in key holder or wallet holder or any small thing you need to find quickest. The compartments are well designed for easy access. I just love it! ### ⭐⭐ Does NOT heat up bottle *by L***. on Reviewed in the United States on February 19, 2022* Not sure if I received a defective product because the bottle warmer did not work at all. The liner only warmed the surface of the bottle itself and not the milk. I don't understand what all the rave is all about but it's definitely not worth the money. I will be returning the backpack.
