Review: It arrived quickly and was easy to install - Appears to be very well made and works well. It arrived quickly and was easy to install. The purchase price through desertcart was four hundred dollars less than what the Horizon Service Rep was trying to charge me for a replacement unit.
Review: Terrible product - I bought this unit to pump the water form my de-humidifier in the basement. After a few weeks of use the system failed causing serious flooding to my basement. I found the problem to be the floating switch, not the pump, or the shaft. Seller was excellent in speedy replacement. The second unit exhibited the same exact problem after 1 week of use. Manually toggling the switch turns the pump on, so, 2 units same switch problem. Definitely not acceptable. Extremely poor craftsmanship. Seller was great in complete refund. Pass on this item.....

### ⭐⭐⭐ Okay It Looks Better...

...Than it is :( Solid looking isn't it?...but looks can be deceiving. It does its job well, but the solid looking motor and turbine pump are very noisy... they rattle.... fitment must be poor... expecting it to fail any day now! Plus the filler hole is on the wrong side for standard applications. Should have other options.
