Was dinner after 14 mile paddling day trip. Was hungry going in. Pro: light weight, stupid easy to prepare, cooks in its pouch, pouch is spotless when empty, great flavor, good looking meal. Cons: need to be precise with measured water amount (did not bring measuring cup), product had a little chew in pasta but tolerable, portion was slightly less than I needed, purposely did not eat anything more for 10 minutes, was still hungry had additional food (apple and piece of chocolate [ok half a bar of chocolate]). So for portions have something else to supplement and fine. Fair amount of sodium but no issue due to heavy workout from day of paddling. Overall: will continue to use, great meal when tired from hard day of paddling. Flavor top notch and food look quality was excellent. They just need slightly larger portions. BTW two portion containers were for two paddlers.
