Perfect fit
Finding the model number was an Easter Egg Hunt as Microsoft does not want to tell you the real keyboard number. In the end it is printed on the keyboard, under the lock joint between the screen and the keyboard. Look hard.From there, this battery was a perfect fit. Was 75% charged when installed and is working great. remember to buy the special super sticky tape to secure the battery and the cover back in place. Simply worked for me.
The product seems to perfectly replace the defective original battery.i purchased a kit to help pry off the case. It took about 15 minutes total.I also watched a Youtube video that helped me know to not force the cover off andthat there was an underlying wire ribbon that could be injured in the cover removal process.so far, the battery seems to work well...im happy.
