It does not leak oil and it is so easy and disassemble and clean in a dishwasher. As a South Indian origin household we use this on the table with our favourite chekko sesame oil for chutneys and cult favourite lentil spice powered (idly milaga podi). The container is class with the lid having plastic components. Table top or on the counter. This looks really nice and super functional and when it’s time to clean simply disassemble and load in a dishwasher. I have 3 of these to store sunflower oil; cold pressed sesame and peanut oils. If you want to store EVOO, you’re better off storing the oil in the stainless steel version of the same brand.

A: Yes, the cap and the stainless steel cap are both dishwasher safety. There are silicone ring in the cap and it may fall out. Please do not throw it away and put it back to the way.

**Q: Can the glass go in the microwave?**
A: The container is glass so I would imagine that you could place/heat it in the microwave as long as you remove the top pouring piece. This is a great set, I love and use it daily!!

**Q: I opened my bottle just now but it's cap was broken and some kinda ball was in there. What should I do? Coz already thrown box of the dispenser?**
A: Return it without a box.

**Q: Can this be used for honey?**
A: Only if the honey is in syrup form. I don't recommend for more solid form. Cleaning is easy though.
