Mikrotik makes great routerers but not this model. ### ⭐⭐ Great "Access Point" *by B***E on October 16, 2020* Some where in the description it needs to specify that this product is an "access point" and not the current title that says Wireless Dual-Band "router" replace router with access point. I suppose I should have known that from the pictures but on some products Mikrotik doesn't label "port 1" as a universal ethernet port. With that being said, I was able to get internet with this when I plugged it into my switch on port 1. I was then able to use other 4 ethernet ports, which makes sense because when connected to my switch the gateway is addressed. I ordered this as a replacement to my existing router thinking that it had some option to plug a modem directly to it via ethernet port 1 but it doesn't work. description is misleading. You can however plug this up with your existing network in your home to have a better Wi-Fi signal in another room or use the LTE option to plug your existing sim card from your phone into it and give multiple devices internet.
