I have tried pretty much all of the flavors. They're all good. Dissolve very easily in Milk. I use whole milk with my afternoon shake. I use the product to keep my weight up. Being a cancer survivor, I need to take in a good amount of calories everyday to keep my weight up or gain some. Muscle Juice really helps me do that! Other products I've tried tend to stick to the inside of the blender, but not Muscle Juice. It also has low sugar, which I really like. I buy it specifically for the high calorie, low sugar and ease of mixing.
