The last time I went to reorder Wob it was not available. So I looked for a comparable substitute, and selected Wonder Labs Proteolytic Enzymes, together with Rutin. I take 2 enzyme tablets 3 time daily on an empty stomach, and 2 rutin capsules daily. I feel this works about as well as the Wobenzym N, and I feel great! Ignore the negative reviews where people complain these pills don't dissolve. THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DISSOLVE UNTIL THEY REACH YOUR INTESTINES. That's why you are supposed to take them on an empty stomach, as stated clearly on Wobenzym packaging. I've recommended these Proteolytic Enzymes and Rutin to several people, who have all experienced significant pain relief and greater ease of movement. Been taking Wobenzym N, off and on, for about 15 years, primarily for relief of joint and body pain. It was very effective. The last time I went to reorder Wob it was not available. So I looked for a comparable substitute, and selected Wonder Labs Proteolytic Enzymes, together with Rutin. I take 2 enzyme tablets 3 time daily on an empty stomach, and 2 rutin capsules daily. I feel this works about as well as the Wobenzym N, and I feel great! Ignore the negative reviews where people complain these pills don't dissolve.
