You could cut the screen to fit your railing, however, you would loose the side grommet.You will need to find another way to secure the fence mesh. **Q: Could this be installed inside balcony or outside?** A: Depending on your balcony’s construction, the screen can be installed on either side of your balcony. However I would suggest if your balcony is more than 10 feet from the ground that for safety sake you install inside the balcony. **Q: Do this product come with zip ties as shown in the photos?** A: Yes, but it only comes with just enough. If there are no ties inside the package, it can be replaced with rope, etc. **Q: How do you get rid of the wrinkles on the privacy screen?** A: You can laid your screen out in the sun to stretch out some of the wrinkles before hung the privacy screen.
