    Grinder does not grind

The cinnamon is okay I guess, but the grinder does not grind.  It comes out in pieces, not like ground at all.  It looks just like if you opened the bottle and used it without grinding it at all.

I thought the cinnamon was like what Cinnabon uses but it isn't.  So now have cinnamon I don't need.
