## Questions & Answers

**Q: does the "Cupture Classic Tumbler" decal come off? Or is it printed on the cup and permanent??**
A: It is a mostly clear plastic piece about the size of a credit card on which you can print or write whatever you like.  You can then put them on the cup and remove as needed/wanted.  Once written on, however, that piece would not be easy to clean--probably impossible.  I have washed the cups multiple times in hot water and detergent and the labels are still on and writing is still very visible.

**Q: Strange question, but I want to get these for gifts, and I need them to fit in my gift bags, so approximately how tall are these cups?**
A: The cup itself is 6 1/4 inches.  That is without the straw.  If you have the straw in, it is 9 1/2 inches with the straw.  Hope that helps.  My co-workers loved them.

**Q: Do the tumblers come with the Cupture Classic Tumbler labels? Can they be removed?**
A: mine came with labels that could be put on and removed but once something is written on the labels, I don't think the labels can be cleaned.

asked my mom what she wanted for christmas and she showed me her cup and said she wanted another. while i probably could have just bought one and made her happy i decided to get her a full set. i picked this set up and she was super excited. she tossed all her old ones out and replaced her random tumblers with a matching set. she loves the colors and she loves that she can just use one a day and wash them all later. she used to have to wash one out mid day or every night so she has a cup again these she can just grab another and another color and be good till they are all dirty and then just wash them all along with the other dishes. the cups arnt huge but thats a good thing. mc donalds large isnt large its huge and noone should be drinking that much same here. the walls are insulated and keep drinks cool for a pretty long time. and she really likes them because they fit in her cars cup holder unlike her others. shes spilt tea all over the van many times because the other ones wouldnt fit in the cup holders right. She is super happy with these.
