It feels like gym-quality equipment. It was super easy to put together, and easy to take apart and/or fold, too, if you want to store or move it (although it's light enough that I easily carried it up a flight of stairs after it was assembled--sans handle). Without the handle it slides all the way under, and if the handle's on, it just sticks up at the end of my bed like a foot board, but stays mostly out of the way. You can be as gentle or as extreme as you want in your workout. The old trampoline I had was too hard on my knees and ankles, with the impact. It can fit two kids so that my kids can play on it at the same time. It's very sturdy with good elasticity. Easy to install. My kids love to jump on it on their break time.
