Most Osetra Caviar ranges in taste between earthy, nutty and fruity. This Bester caviar, amazingly strikes a unique balance among all three. This company produces a wonderfully crafted caviar that I can honestly say is similar in taste to Beluga, though the roe is measurably smaller and ranges In color from golden to dark brown. I was blessed to work abroad for many years in the Baltic where clients provided more caviar at one party than I have consumed since retirement. Having said all of that, this caviar is in a class of its own. Excellent taste, unrivaled price point, overnight shipping a and incredible customer service. Just purchase once from Bester and I believe you will be more than delighted. This will be our go to vendor from this day forward.
