You wouldn't think 1 teaspoon mixed with a gallon of water would make an incredible immediate difference but after only 3 applications of this fertilizer in a week and my Jasmine has taken off. Many new vine sprouts are 6" or more. My Jasmine did have a nice flower bloom a few months ago then seemed to go stagnant. Didn't have any new vine growth this season. It sure does now! **Q: I keep reading that jasmines need more phosphorus to bloom, but this is 9-3-6. Does anyone know why?**
A: I am beginning to suspect the same thing. I have been using this fertilizer every watering since September 2020. Haven't seen one bloom/flower yet. Just vigorous vine growth. I am gonna switch to a phosphorus heavy fertilizer from now on.

Wow. You wouldn't think 1 teaspoon mixed with a gallon of water would make an incredible immediate difference but after only 3 applications of this fertilizer in a week and my Jasmine has taken off. I planted this jasmine in a raised planter about 2 years ago, and the poor thing has been struggling. Every year I'd barely seen any growth, let alone flowering. I figured it needed time to establish its roots, but I had a feeling it wasn't thriving. After only the first application of this fertilizer, this plant woke the heck up. Literally days after, I saw new leaves, buds, and branches exploding in every direction. It looks green, vibrant and finally, after 2 whole years, seems eager to climb its way up the trellis.
