Actually it is worth every penny. After several surgeries and so much antibiotics, I could not function. I have a cupboard full of Probiotics from Costco & health food stores. My daughter put me onto the Dr. Mercola brand and now it is the only thing I use. I take two every night, I was taking 4-5 of the other brands. Dr. Mercola has just about every herb etc that you need and they are quality products not full of fillers. Anyway, that is my opinion, so good luck. Told to purchase one that needs refrigeration.** A: This is one of the questions the company fails to answer. I refrigerate mine. I'm on my second bottle. It's expensive and I don't know if I will continue. Most (All?) of these probiotic companies don't furnish enough information. Like vitamin/mineral and Omega-3 supplements, they are not regulated.
