**Q: WHEN i unplug it from electricity , the time changed to the default , why and how to make it keeping the time i've adjusted for ?**
A: The batteries are intended to keep the time but NOT to display the time if the clock is unplugged or if the power goes out.  
It is explained in the manual: "Connect a 3 volt (1.5V "AAA" size * 2pcs.) battery (not included) to the terminals inside the battery compartment. In the event of a power interruption, your set will not work normally from the mains supply but there is now the advantage that your clock will continue to work. The clock display will not light up, as the clock time will be held in the memory. This also enables you to move the set from place to place without re-setting the clock every time."

**Q: how far can it project the time**
A: I have a high ceiling bedroom and where I have the time projected is at least 10 maybe 12 feet - when the room is dark, the projection is very clear - love this clock!

**Q: Does this clock always show a "0" in front of one-digit hours?  The pictures show "08:30" instead of "8:30".**
A: Mine does not.  Shows 8:30 as 8:30.  Maybe is shows the 0 if it is set to military time (24 hrs).

**Q: is the product multi voltage**
A: Hi power source of this clock radio is AC/DC Adapter Voltage 100V-240V,Please make sure it is used between these .thanks
