**Q: How about the audio? Does this cable pass thru Dolby Digital?**
A: Only stereo gets passed through my tv to my sound bar. Others have said in reviews that it does if you connect the hdmi out straight to a receiver but Idon’t have one to test that but I don’t think it truly does.

**Q: Does it work on xbox one s and how do you hook it up?**
A: It only works with the original Xbox console. the one from 2001.
It doesn't work on the Xbox One S.

**Q: Flickering screen black to Xbox**
A: Are you saying that this is what happens to you? Or are you saying that you're worried that this might happen? Well it works perfectly fine so if it does happen check the connection reboot the Xbox or try a different input or try a different output all together like a computer monitor or laptop that has HDMI or see if there's a special setting on your TV that needs to be set to Old School settings like 4x3 or turn off HDR because maybe it's trying to push it too hard and it can't go that far because all it is is taking an old signal and bringing it to a modern TV it's not enhancing it in any way to my knowledge

**Q: Some kaico adapters (Dreamcast) only display 4:3 picture. Can the Xbox kaico adapter display 16:9 picture?**
A: Mine displays 4:3 on 480p and 720p content and not 16:9 like my pound cable did. Both of these adapters use the same garbage analog to digital converter chip, which means too much noise in the image and even odd incompatibilities not present in the HD AV Pack. Pairing this with the mClassic fixes the 4:3 issue but doesn’t address the noise that these HDMI adapters produce.

I bought this because I found my old Xbox in storage it had been a while since I played any retro consoles so I wasn't expecting the footage to be so blurry when I I tried playing split screen on Halo. When looking for solutions (because there's no why I'm buying a crt) there was a cable I eyed but it was nearly double the price of this. I gotta say it's night and day on my tv I can actually see people from afar and read text that would normally be a blurry mess on split screen. It is important to note that a majority of the games are still playing on 480p quality (since that's max some games can do check on the back of your game case) but since they were originally on composite it made it a blurry mess this product sharpens the image plus enables the full screen option and 1080i option for games that support it
