Product description KENTEK 6 Inch Mini DIN6 MDIN6 Male to 2X Female Extension Splitter Y Cable PS/2 Keyboard Mouse Cord 28 AWG This Y cable is used to split one DIN6 6 pin male to two DIN6 6 pin female. It is ideal and cost effective way for connecting both a keyboard and a mouse to the same PS/2 port and used simultaneously. Foil-shielded wire to prevent EMI/RFI interference. Fully molded. Cable color: Black. AWG: 28 AWG. **NOTE: Keyboard/Mouse may need to to be plugged in when computer is turned off/ or plugged in then reboot the PC. Some Keyboard brands may not be compatible.

Review: This cable worked but with a caveat - This Keyboard/Mouse PS/2 cable DID work. The first time neither keyboard nor cable worked even though I had them aligned with the labels on the cable. I turned off the system and swapped keyboard and mouse - opposite of labels on the splitter and it worked fine. Just wanted to post in case anyone else runs into this. TL;DR: had to swap the cables when it didn't work (see picture)

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This cable worked but with a caveat

This Keyboard/Mouse PS/2 cable DID work. The first time neither keyboard nor cable worked even though I had them aligned with the labels on the cable. I turned off the system and swapped keyboard and mouse - opposite of labels on the splitter and it worked fine. Just wanted to post in case anyone else runs into this. TL;DR: had to swap the cables when it didn't work (see picture)

I bought this and returned this years ago. It didn't work. Didn't feel like leaving a review, but Amazon is leaving it in my queue until I do so here I am. Tried to use PS/2 keyboard and mouse on multiple boards, did not work. I think either one or the other would work, but I don't remember. I ended up returning it so not like it mattered.
