Finally and forever! *by T***W on Reviewed in the United States on December 6, 2014* Needed a little time and patience to adapt to this, but it is worth it. By using wet wipes/baby wipes, it works perfectly. Try putting it in on the diagonal and inserting part into the gripper to get a good wrap around the part you wipe with, then insert remaining piece into gripper handle. By inserting a bigger edge, the gripper part has a better chance to hang onto the tissue/wipe while using. This also gives you the widest part of the wipe to use. I have found that I need to kind of wiggle or pop the ejection handle AFTER using, in order to get it to retract properly, but this is no big deal. I thoroughly endorse this product for someone who has difficulty reaching around, under, whatever for any reason. It is easy to clean and I just store mine under the sink, discreetly out of sight, yet within easy reach. Good luck and stay clean! I'm going to purchase another one to have on hand, in case this one ever breaks on me, but I have been using it 6 months with no problems. The photos show the first step, then second step, then the view from front after second step, then third step, which is optional, then finished view from front. This is my tried and true means of using this item. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works better than the other brand I have *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 20, 2019* Due to back surgery I need a little assistance so I bought a Bottom Buddy and I'm sorry but my butt crack isn't 1.5" wide and flat so getting clean was not the easiest. I like this product as the end is tapered and you can really get in there to do a good clean up. I find I don't need to use the spring load thing as I just tuck a corner of a baby wipe in the slot, wrap it around twice leaving a corner out of the wipe area and use that corner to remove and dispose of the wipe. Has taken bathroom time from 15 minutes to about 7-8 minutes. I have arthritis in my spine and cannot twist so I was hoping this would work. It reaches like I need it to and it is easy to hold on to, but it does not maintain a clamp the paper tight enough and it comes off with the least amount of pressure against it. I can use it by wrapping the paper around it -but then I have to upwrap it, not the most desirable thing to do.
