Using this keeps healthy mid-lengths, prevents breakage, makes it really soft and maintains strength so it grows. I'm on my 2nd one of these and I wouldn't look back. I have fine hair and find it best to squirt 8 pumps of the leave-in into my hand, rub together and then apply to my hair. This avoids it being too heavy as it is an intense primer. Added bonus, it also smells really nice. Kind of reminds me of an old Britney Spears perfume.
