I use it to sweeten my green tea and collagen drink in the morning, and I've also used it to bake with. This sweetener can be too sweet, so I use half the amount called for in recipes. When I make my 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies, I use 1/3 cup of Mong Fruit Sweeter instead of 2/3 cup sugar in the recipe. The cookies come out perfect and tasty.
