I refuse to do the oral medication due to side effects. I have tried other topicals that did not work. This is working but you have to be diligent and patient and use it twice a day. There is no quick fix for toenail fungus. Keep your nails cut as short as possible and use a nail file to file the nail surface a couple of times a week so the solution can penetrate.
