The first thing I found out is I put the strap on upside down, so you want the bumps facing down to start. And then I realized that it faced inward and not outward. So I had to take it apart and rotate it 180° And remember to keep the bumps down when I reassembled it. It will face the direction that you put it in and not flip around like some other tags well. Everything is very well made, and I am pretty surprised actually.
