Good product.. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleco Seems to Like It A Lot *by on Reviewed in the United States July 17, 2026* This review is for Aqueon Algae Rounds 3 Ounces. I normally buy Tetra Pro Pleco Wafer but when the price skyrocketed for those I had to try something else. My pleco seems to like this wafer as much as the other one (or maybe more who knows?). These have a mounded shape to them and smell β€œgood”. I’ve been giving my pleco one chip at a time and giving him 2 hours to chomp chomp (as recommended). He watches me drop the wafer and comes by to suck it up. Very fascinating to watch. Anyway, this one is pricey also for 3oz but as long as my pleco enjoys it, I may just switch back and forth to give him some variety in his diet. My dude is about 10 years old now so he’s very special. I like that these rounds do not cloud up my tank. I also notice that my pleco does not leave too much trialing poop in the tank or maybe none at all ever since I’ve switched to them. My tank seems to stay cleaner longer. Overall, these algae rounds seem to be just as good as the Tetra wafers I’ve been giving my pleco.
