The top image was me last summer and the bottom image was me the other night after 2 months of taking inulin, daily. I was shocked to see the transformation. I didn’t lose any weight like some might experience but my eye lines are noticeably reduced and even my nose is slimmer. Apparently my nose must have always been inflamed but now that I’m repairing my gut health with inulin it’s reducing inflammation. Neither photo has a filter or photoshopped and if it’s helpful, I’m 42 years old. I also noticed my nails are stronger and growing faster and my hair feels fuller and has a healthy shine I’ve never seen in my hair before. **Please note, this should be taken in very small amounts, such as a level teaspoon or less. The main reason being: Inulin creates a healthy bacteria in your intestines, while this is a very good and beneficial bacteria, having your body adapt to large amounts not only keeps your stomach in a constant bloated state, but suddenly stopping can cause flu like symptoms - from my personal experience. Too much of a good thing, is too much! Yes, it does cause you to be gassy hours after taking it but over time your body will adjust.
