**Q: Is there any sugar in this tea?**
A: No sugar is added.  The ingredients are: organic green tea, organic hibiscus flower, organic bilberry leaf, organic cranberry, organic lemongrass, organic chickweed, and organic triphala.

**Q: are these individually wrapped?**
A: Yes, each bag comes individually wrapped. Furthermore, we participate in a "Tea for Trees" campaign which creates a sustainable model that restores our most precious resources while offsetting paper used in our products.
